Recently, Fusi (Hangzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd was included in the 2025 Zhejiang Provincial Level Enterprise Research Institute Recognition List released by the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province. Following the prior recognition of Freetech Intelligent Systems Co., Ltd., this marks the second provincial level enterprise research institute designation obtained by Freetech. The recognition of the two distinct enterprise research institutes serves as an authoritative acknowledgment of Freetech’s full-stack, hardware-software integrated technical capabilities in the intelligent driving field. It also highlights the Company’s success in accelerating the deployment of front edge technologies through large-scale mass production.

Behind this milestone lies Freetech’s long-term commitment to technology driven development and engineering innovation. This recognition is driven by the Company’s profound accumulation of core intellectual property, high-level talent pipeline, and front edge technological R&D. At present, the Company’s core products have been deployed in more than three million vehicles, and the Company holds more than 400 issued patents. R&D personnel accounts for more than 70% of its workforce, among which nearly 50% hold master’s or doctoral degrees. Leveraging the team’s extensive project experience and robust R&D capabilities, Freetech is accelerating the efficient transformation and closed-loop conversion from “front edge R&D” into “market value.”
Over the past year, the intelligent driving industry has witnessed a dual upgrade in “intelligent experience” and “safety compliance.” Responding to market expectations through continuous technical innovation, Freetech not only launched its City NOA (Navigation on Autopilot) solution, but also actively engaged in the formulation of industry standards by contributing to the drafting of the mandatory national standard Intelligent and Connected Vehicle - Safety Requirements of Combined Driver Assistance System. Through its professional expertise, Freetech has actively promoted the standardized development of driving assistance, enabling end users to enjoy intelligent driving convenience backed by more reliable safety assurances.
Freetech’s innovation capabilities and corporate responsibility & accountability have received authoritative endorsement from multiple parties. The Company has been successively designated as a Zhejiang Provincial Level Enterprise Technology Center and a Provincial Level Enterprise Research Institute, alongside numerous accolades including “Provincial AI Application Benchmark Enterprise,” “Zhejiang Unicorn Enterprise,” and “New Tech Dragon Enterprise”. Reinforced by this second provincial level research institute designation, this series of policy supports and authoritative endorsements have injected strong momentum into the continuous iteration of the Company’s intelligent driving technologies.
Building upon the collaborative R&D platform formed by these two institutes, Freetech will remain focused on breakthrough applications in high level intelligent driving technologies. The Company will further integrate into Zhejiang’s digital economy industry ecosystem, aggregate high-quality resources across the industrial chain, and deepen industry-academia-research collaboration. In the process of transforming front edge technologies into tangible productivity, Freetech will continue to consolidate its leading edge in mass-production scale and core technologies, contribute more high-quality achievements to the development of “Innovative Zhejiang.”
